Daytime-only care
Dog daycare in Singapore, matched to a supervised spot near you
Long hours at work should not mean a bored, lonely dog at home. Daycare gives your dog supervised company, play and enrichment through the day — then home to you at night. We match you with a licensed daycare that fits.
- Daytime only
- AVS-register checked
- Socialisation & walks
- Island-wide
- Supervised play and rest — not a crate all day
- Every operator checked against the official AVS licensed register
- One short enquiry; we shortlist daycares near you
What good daycare actually includes
Daycare is more than somewhere to leave your dog. A well-run daytime programme keeps dogs active, social and safe, then sends them home tired in the best way. Here is what the daycares we match you with typically offer.
Constant supervision
Staff watch the group through the day, reading body language and stepping in before play tips over.
Structured socialisation
Dogs are usually grouped by size and temperament so a nervous small dog is not thrown in with boisterous larger ones.
Walks and enrichment
Toilet breaks, sniff time, puzzle feeders and calm rest periods — activity balanced with downtime, not non-stop chaos.
Daycare vs boarding: which do you need?
The two get confused constantly. The simplest test: are you home tonight? If yes, daycare. If you are travelling, you need overnight boarding or a sitter. Still unsure? Read our boarding vs daycare vs sitting guide.
| Dog daycare | Dog boarding | |
|---|---|---|
| When | Daytime only | Overnight, multi-day |
| Best for | Working owners, long office days | Travel, holidays, work trips |
| Sleeps at | Your home, every night | The facility or sitter’s home |
| Typical cost | Lower (daytime rate) | Higher (per night) |
What daycare roughly costs
Because your dog goes home each night, daytime daycare rates sit below overnight boarding. The figures below are indicative ranges from live Singapore operator listings, as of July 2026 — always confirm the current rate with the operator we match you to.

Small dogs, puppies and seniors
Daycare is not one-size-fits-all. Tell us your dog’s profile and we factor it into who we match you with.
Small dogs
Look for daycares that separate play groups by size. A confident 4kg dog can still be overwhelmed in a room of large, high-energy dogs — good operators manage this.
Puppies
Great for early socialisation once core vaccinations are done, but puppies tire fast and need rest. Check the minimum age and vaccination policy before you book.
Seniors
Older dogs often prefer a calmer, quieter setting with more rest and gentler company. Ask whether the operator offers a low-key group or dedicated rest space.
We are a directory, not a daycare
dogboarding.sg does not run a daycare and holds no licence. We only route enquiries to operators we can check against the official AVS licensed register, and we tell you plainly that we may be compensated when we connect you. See how we vet boarders.
