These terms govern your use of dogboarding.sg ("we", "us", "the site"). By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. [VERIFY: have a lawyer review these terms before launch.]

We are a directory, not a boarding operator

dogboarding.sg is an independent directory. We do not board dogs, we hold no boarding premises or licence, and we do not provide any pet care service ourselves. Our role is to compare and match: we take your enquiry and connect you with an independent boarder.

Services are provided by independent operators

All boarding, daycare, sitting and related services are provided by independent, AVS-licensed operators — not by dogboarding.sg. Any agreement for care is made directly between you and the operator you choose. Their pricing, terms, cancellation policy and conduct are theirs, not ours. We encourage you to confirm an operator’s licence, terms and suitability before you book.

No liability for third-party boarders

Because we do not deliver the care, we are not a party to your arrangement with a boarder and are not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, service quality, safety, or any loss or harm arising from a third-party operator. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we exclude liability for the services provided by matched operators. [VERIFY: liability wording must be confirmed by a lawyer.]

Vetting is a check, not a guarantee

We cross-check operators against the official AVS licensed register before matching you. This is a good-faith check, not a guarantee of any outcome, and it does not replace your own judgement. You remain responsible for deciding whether a boarder is right for your dog.

Compensation disclosure

dogboarding.sg is an independent directory, not a boarding operator. We may be compensated when we connect you with a boarder. We only route enquiries to operators we can check against the official AVS licensed-boarder registry.

Information provided "as is"

Prices, availability, guides and other information on the site are provided for general guidance "as is" and may change without notice. We work to keep information accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free or up to date. Always confirm details directly with the operator.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and to give accurate information in your enquiry. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or another person’s details without authority.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
